No. Watch as many GA4 properties from as many Google accounts as you like, for free.

How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings › Site Pulse Pro (on the Mac: Settings › Pro) and tap Restore purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple Account, so it works on your iPhone, iPad and Mac, and with Family Sharing.
