The plain-language terms for the Site Pulse app and this website. The app’s licence itself is Apple’s Standard EULA.

The app licence

Site Pulse is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). These terms add details about your use of the app and this website. Where they differ, the Standard EULA governs the app licence.

Price and billing

Site Pulse is distributed through the Mac App Store. Its price is the one the App Store shows for your country, and any payment, receipt or refund is handled by Apple under Apple’s own policies. There are no purchases inside the app.

Your Google account

Connecting a Google account is your choice and happens through Google’s own sign-in. Only connect accounts you are entitled to use, for Google Analytics properties you have the right to view. Site Pulse’s access is read-only, and you can revoke it at any time in the app or at Google — the privacy policy explains exactly what is accessed and where it is stored (on your Mac, nowhere else).

What the app does and doesn’t do

Site Pulse shows you aggregate numbers that Google Analytics 4 reports for your properties. Those numbers come from Google: they can be delayed, estimated or revised, and realtime figures in particular are approximate. A “spike” is Site Pulse’s own estimate against the usual traffic it has observed, not a guarantee that something happened. Use the numbers as a glanceable signal, not as a system of record — for billing, contractual or legal purposes, rely on Google Analytics itself.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that your local consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
